What material is your underwear made of?

Our underwear is made from super soft modal! The composition is 92% Modal and 8% Spandex for stretch. 
Our Hustle boxers are made of an athletic composition blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex to keep you dry during activities.
The mesh panels on our Bria solid colours are 80% nylon 20% spandex.
The anti-chafing thigh panels on our men’s boxers are 90% polyester and 10% spandex.
The gusset in our women’s underwear is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Our 2024 collection has 100% cotton gussets. 

What's the difference between the Journey boxer, Hustle Boxer, and Venture boxer?

Our Journey and Venture boxers are very similar in that they are made of the same material and have all the same features — the difference lies in their pouch. Journey features our patented cross-over pouch, while Venture has our swing pouch. Both styles separate your balls from your legs and keep you comfortable all day long. Please note Venture is our only men’s boxer available in the US, while Journey and Hustle are both available in the rest of the world.  Hustle is our activewear boxer made from an athletic material suited for movement, and features the same patented pouch and 6” inseam as Journey. 

What size is right for me?

For our women’s styles and pouchless bikini and boxer, we recommend sizing down.
For our men’s styles and all pouched underwear, we recommend taking your regular size.

How should I care for my Devon + Lang Underwear?

Here’s how we suggest taking care of your Devon + Lang underwear to ensure they last as long as they should and to keep colours vibrant and fabric soft: 

  • Wash and dry in a mesh laundry bag
  • Add a cup of white vinegar to first wash to keep colours bright
  • Machine Wash Cold
  • Tumble Dry Low
The style I want is sold out, now what?

The majority of our patterns are manufactured as a one-time run. If you’ve got your eyes on a particular colour or pattern, we encourage you to take advantage of your size being in stock. Our essential colours, which will stay in stock, include Obsidian, Skin Light and Skin Bronze. If a pattern is extremely popular, there is a small chance we will bring it back a second time. You can opt in to be notified when a pattern comes back in stock in your size, but there is no guarantee that it will be restocked. You can do this by clicking on ‘notify me when available’ on a sold out item and entering your information. 

Where do you donate underwear?

With every purchase made we donate a pair of underwear to organizations supporting vulnerable communities across Canada. This includes organizations like: The Mustard Seed, The United Way, CBFY, Leftovers Society, Youth Unlimited Calgary, and Fresh Routes. 

We believe that new, clean underwear is a basic human necessity. The simple gift of clean underwear provides an opportunity for self-care, health, and well-being. We have set a goal to donate over 500,000 pairs of underwear in the next 10 years — help us reach it!

What is the warranty on Devon + Lang underwear?

When taking care of your underwear using our recommended washing methods, your underwear should last.

If your underwear has any defects such as rips or holes in the first 30 days, we will replace your underwear. We ask that you send photos of the defect(s) to

What’s the processing time once I place my order?

We process orders Monday through Friday with the exception of Holidays. Our order cut off is 12:00 PM MST for same day shipping.  
Please note we do our best to fulfill your order within 48 hours of purchasing. We will e-mail you to let you know of any issues or slow downs in our processing.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a range of shipping options available at check out. Rates are calculated based on your location and are at the expense of the consumer. We also offer an untracked Letter Mail option for our Canadian customers purchasing only one (1) pair of underwear for $3 CAD.

What's the difference between letter mail and standard mail?

Letter mail is used to ship items the size of a letter or extra small package and is untracked, while standard mail is for small to large packages and is tracked. 

What carriers do you use?

We use a variety of carriers to get you your underwear as quickly as possible. Carriers might include UPS, Canada Post, Canpar Express, FedEx, Purolator, and Deeleeo. Carriers are subject to change without notice. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The whole world deserves fun, comfortable underwear. We currently ship anywhere and everywhere Canada Post does.

How do I track my package?

Tracking can be found in your order shipping notification. Please note orders shipped via letter mail are untracked. Please e-mail us if you did not receive a tracking number within a few days of ordering at

Where does D+L ship from?

Your Devon + Lang underwear and accessories ship right from our Wear House located at 4120 8 St SE in Calgary, Alberta. You can opt to pick up your order at our Calgary Wear House too!

I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order, what do I do?

You should receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order. Please check your junk folder, and email us at if you haven’t received a confirmation email.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes, you can make edits and cancel your order before it has shipped out. Please email us at to make any changes or cancel. If your order has already shipped, you will need to submit a return or exchange. See our exchange and refund policy here

My products arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are not responsible for damaged items after items have left our Wear House. Feel free to reach out to us at and we can see what we can do for you!

What is your exchange and return policy?

Your comfort is our main priority and we understand the stresses of online shopping. Our Try-On Guarantee program allows you to purchase your first order with no worries! 

Devon + Lang will provide a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. You’ll receive a refund for the first (one) item you try on, and any unworn items as well. 

If you ordered or received the wrong size or pattern, please let us know and we would be happy to exchange any unworn underwear. 
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of your purchase. 

Refunds will be issued within five (5) days of receiving your order back at our Wear House.

How do I use my gift card?

Click on your cart in the top right corner of your screen. Once you’ve selected ‘Check Out’, it will take you to a new screen with a section to enter ‘Discount code or gift card’. Enter the gift card code in that space, and hit ‘Apply’.
