What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (in Canada).

We also accept PayPal and mobile users can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. All will be available with Express Checkout.

Based on the category of goods and location delivered, Devon + Lang may be required to collect the applicable local tax. Rates vary based on province/state, county, or city, but the exact total is seen at checkout.

We do not accept personal checks, Paypal Credit, or money orders.

How do I know my order went through?
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen. Moments after placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number to the email address provided.

I just placed my order online but have not received an e-mail confirmation yet, has my order been received?
You should receive an email confirming your order within 10-15 minutes of placing an order online. In the unlikely case you have not received a confirmation please Contact Us.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Usually not. We try our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. However, feel free to Contact Us if you realize an error as quickly as possible, and we will work together to resolve the situation.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
An email will be sent to you once your order has shipped and will include your tracking number. Please note, the package may not be trackable until the shipment has been picked up and scanned by the carrier.


When will my order ship?
We pride ourselves on shipping orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for 2 business days from the time of purchase to ship your order. Peak shipping times such as promotional events, holidays, and inclement weather may delay shipping, but we will directly connect with you should any extenuating circumstances arise.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders are hand packed, inspected, and shipped from our fulfillment center in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all orders over $75, anywhere in Canada and the continental US. Flat rate shipping is available for orders under $75. Express shipping is also available with variable pricing based on location.

We also offer a low-cost, no rush shipping method on some of our lighter weight products. This price is calculated on total weight and based on location. All available shipping methods are automatically offered during checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update accordingly.

Please Note: Shipments ordered using "Standard Mail" do not include a tracking number, and because of this, it is extremely important that you enter the correct mailing address. Devon + Lang is not responsible for any lost packages due to any data entry issues.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! You can order from us and shipping options for your country will be available at checkout. We do our best to take care of all available options to reduce the cost of international shipping, but please be aware of potential duty fees or other costs for importing products into your country.

Please note: Our Boxer Briefs are proudly designed and are an exclusive product of Canada. This means that we are unable to currently ship our Boxer Briefs outside of Canada. This only applies to our Boxer Briefs. We are working directly with our manufacturers and fabric sources to bring our Boxer Briefs to you as quickly as we can, anywhere in the world. What is your return and try-on guarantee policy?
Your comfort is our main priority and we understand the stresses of online shopping. Our Size/Try-On Guarantee program allows you to purchase your first order with no worries!

How Our Guarantee Works
  1. Place an order. Whether you're purchasing a single item or multiple, you and your purchase are always covered.

  2. Once you have received your order, open one size at a time and try on the product.

  3. Not the right fit? No worries! All you have to do is contact us and we are more than happy to exchange any unopened packages + the one item that you tried on for the correct size.

  4. When contacting us, please include your 4 digit order number and the product that you are having difficulties with.

  5. We will then email you a return label (from Canada Post) and ask you to return all unopened packages. Your packages will be shipped to you with the method that was selected in your original purchase.

Terms & Conditions
Please note that the 30 days Size/Try-On Guarantee will start the day the package has been received by the customer. This program only covers one unopened package and we highly recommend to all our customers to open one size of the product and try it on before opening the rest of your packages.

Size/Try-On Guarantee program only cover the customer’s first order of a specific product. If the replacement products are still not the right fit, Devon + Lang would be happy to exchange the unopened packages, however, shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

Returns and Legal Stuff
The Try On Guarantee policy applies to any Devon + Lang product purchased directly from Devon + Lang or from a Devon + Lang authorized dealer.Proof of purchase is required. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, Devon + Lang will provide a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable. After 30 calendar days from purchase, this policy no longer applies.

You may be required to return unopened products you no longer want from your order to a Devon + Lang handling center in order to receive credit. If you are asked to return products to a Devon + Lang handling center, a Devon + Lang Support Staff will email you an electronic return shipping label in PDF format from an authorized carrier. You are responsible for printing the electronic return shipping label provided to you via email and affixing it to the parcel prior to shipping. Only electronic return shipping labels will be provided to you. The package must be delivered by you to the carrier advised to you by Devon + Lang Support Staff. Devon + Lang will only assume the delivery charges and the risks of loss and damage when the return shipping label provided by Devon + Lang is applied. If you return product to Devon + Lang via any method other than using the Devon + Lang-issued return shipping label, you shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned.

If your return is accepted and your purchase was made on the website, any amount debited from your method of payment with regard to the product will be credited. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associate fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are not refundable.

Please allow at least 7 business days from when the goods are received at the Devon + Lang handling center for refunds to be processed.


What is your warranty policy?
Devon + Lang offers a one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty on products purchased on the Site and through authorized third-party sellers.

Warranty requests must be communicated to Devon + Lang within one-year of the original purchase. If the issue is communicated outside of the one-year window then this policy no longer applies.

For all warranties requests, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

To initiate a warranty request, please contact our Support Staff team via email at with the following information:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase indicating a transaction date within the past 12 months.
  • Your shipping address.
  • The style name and color of the item(s) that you wish to warranty.
  • A photo showing the defective issue.
  • A brief description of the issue also helps us process your request faster.

If a product is determined by Devon + Lang to be defective, Devon + Lang will work to find a reasonable resolution for you. The reasonable determination of whether the product is defective shall be made by Devon + Lang in its sole discretion with consideration given to the overall wear of the product.

Items can only be exchanged, not refunded, and you are responsible for shipping costs and import duties/taxes.

Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, repair, or purchased from an unauthorized seller. This policy can only be used once per product, and is not applicable to replacement products offered through previous warranty claims.


What makes your boxers so special?
Besides being made with love, all of our boxers use our patent-pending Folded Crossover Pouch. It provides an unparalleled level of freedom and support. It’s folded panels conform to any body type, and the hammock-like crossover pouch cradles and separates your most valuable assets. Nice. If you are tired of tearing holes in your boxers and dealing with uncomfortable chafing, the inner-thigh fabric of our boxers is made from a durable athletic fabric blend that reduces friction, wicks moisture, dries quickly, and doesn't tear.

Are these boxers good for sports?
Yes. All of our boxers are great for taking out to the field, or at the gym. In particular we recommend our Hustle Collection as they were designed specifically with workouts in mind.

How should I wash my boxers?
We recommend washing your boxers in cold water, and tumble drying on low. Please do not iron.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Where are your products manufactured?

How is an inseam measured?
Currently, all of our boxers have a 6" inseam. To get an idea on where the boxer will sit on your legs from home you will want to measure from the inside of your crotch and down your leg.


What makes your masks so special?
When we designed our masks we wanted to make one that could be worn for hours without discomfort. We did this in a few distinct ways from our competition;

  1. Multiple Mask Sizes
    Our masks come in 5 different sizes which means the nearly any face size will be safely, and comfortably protected.

  2. Premium Materials
    The outer layer of our masks are made from soft, silver-infused modal, with an inner layer made from a modal/alginate blend. Our fabrics are unbelievably soft, and many customers forget they are even wearing a mask.

  3. We Meet WHO guidelines
    Our masks meet both the WHO recommended guidelines for non-medical masks, as well as the Canadian Government mask recommendations.

How should I wash my mask?
Make sure that you remove the included PM2.5 filter along with the nose wire if you mask comes with one before washing

We recommend washing the mask in warm water, and hanging the mask to dry. Putting the mask in the dryer may cause shrinking.
