Our Try-On Guarantee program allows you to purchase your first underwear order with no worries. Here's how our 30-Day Try-On Guarantee works:


1. Review Our Size Chart and Place Your Order
Before placing your order, be sure to consult our size charts to select the right size. We want to ensure you get the perfect fit from the start.

2. Try on ONE Pair
Once your order arrives, try on ONE pair of underwear to see if it's a perfect fit. This will help you decide if you need to size up or size down.

3. Not the right fit? No worries!
If you find that the pair of underwear you've tried on doesn't fit as expected, don't worry!Ā  You haveĀ 30 days from the day you receive your package to start a return.Ā Fill out our exchange form here. Once we've received your return form, we will send you ONE replacement pair in your correct size. (You can keep the pair you've tried on; we don't want it back).

4. Ordered More Than One Pair?
Exchange your unopened pairs for the right size. If you ordered multiple pairs and they are unopened, we are happy to exchange them for the right size. PleaseĀ email us at hello@devonandlang.comĀ to arrange an exchange.Ā 


Important Notes:
*Our 30-Day Try-On Guarantee starts from the day you receive your package.Ā Items purchased between November 1stĀ and December 24th, 2024 will have an extendedĀ Try-On Guarantee period cut off date of January 25th, 2025.Ā 
* We will replace ONE pair of opened underwear per order only.
*We cannot accept the return or exchange of worn underwear for hygiene and health reasons.
*If returns coverage is purchased at time of checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping.
*When contacting us, please have your order number ready for a smooth and efficient process.
*We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that show signs of wear or don't meet above requirements.

Bria Bralettes

Bria Bralettes are eligible for exchange or return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Bralettes must be in like-new condition, unwashed, and show no signs of wear with tags intact and in original packaging to be considered for an exchange or return for a full refund. Please ensure there are no deodorant marks, pet hair, etc, on your return item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that show signs of wear, marks or hair, or don't meet above requirements. If returns coverage is purchased at time of checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping.

Emily Bodysuits

Emily Bodysuits are eligible for exchange or return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Bodysuits must be tried on with underwear. Bodysuits must be in like-new condition, unwashed, and show no signs of wear with tags intact and in original packaging to be considered for an exchange or return for a full refund. Please ensure there are no deodorant marks, pet hair, etc, on your return item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that show signs of wear, marks or hair, or don't meet above requirements. If returns coverage is purchased at time of checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping.

Terms, Conditions +Ā Legal Stuff

The Try-On Guarantee policy applies only to Devon + Lang underwear (Bria Underwear, Journey, Hustle Collection; excludes Bria Bralettes and Emily Bodysuits) purchased directly from Devon + Lang or from a Devon + Lang authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.Ā 

You may be required to return unopened products you no longer want from your order to a Devon + Lang handling centre in order to receive credit. If you are asked to return products to a Devon + Lang handling centre, a Devon + Lang Support Staff will email you an electronic return shipping label.Ā You are responsible for printing the electronic return shipping label provided to you via email and affixing it to the parcel prior to shipping. Only electronic return shipping labels will be provided to you. The package must be delivered by you to the carrier advised to you by Devon + Lang Support Staff. If you return product to Devon + Lang via any method other than using the Devon + Lang-issued return shipping label, you shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned.

If your return is accepted and your purchase was made on the website, any amount debited from your method of payment with regard to the product will be credited. Devon + Lang reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that show any signs of wear, marks or pet hair, or don't meet above requirements. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associate fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are not refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow at least 7 business days from when the goods are received at the Devon + Lang handling centre for refunds to be processed.
