What size is right for me?
- Take a look at our size chart and measure yourself to ensure you’re getting the best fit here.
- For our women’s styles and pouchless bikini and boxer, we recommend sizing down.
- For our men’s styles and all pouched underwear, we recommend taking your regular size.
- Don’t worry - if you’re not happy with the fit, we offer a Try On Guarantee.
What material is your underwear made of?
- Our underwear is made from super soft modal! The composition is 92% Modal and 8% Spandex for stretch.
- Our Hustle boxers are made of an athletic composition blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex to keep you dry during activities.
- The mesh panels on our Bria solid colours are 80% nylon 20% spandex. Mesh panelling is being discontinued.
- The anti-chafing thigh panels on our men’s boxers are 90% polyester and 10% spandex.
- The gusset in our women’s underwear is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
What's the difference between the Journey boxer, Hustle Boxer, and Venture boxer?
- Our Journey and Venture boxers are very similar in that they are made of the same material and have all the same features — the difference lies in their pouch. Journey features our patented cross-over pouch, while Venture has our swing pouch. Both styles separate your balls from your legs and keep you comfortable all day long. Hustle is our activewear boxer made from an athletic material suited for movement, and features the same patented pouch and 6” inseam as Journey.
The style I want is sold out, now what?
- The majority of our patterns are manufactured as a one-time run. If you’ve got your eyes on a particular colour or pattern, we encourage you to take advantage when products are in stock. Our essential colours, which we strive to keep in stock, include Obsidian, Sand, and Bronze. If a pattern is extremely popular, there is a small chance we will bring it back a second time. You can opt in to be notified when a pattern comes back in stock in your size; however, please note that there is no guarantee it will be restocked. You can do this by clicking on ‘notify me when available’ on a sold-out item and entering your information.
How should I care for my Devon + Lang Underwear?
- Here’s how we suggest taking care of your Devon + Lang underwear to ensure they last as long and to keep colours vibrant and fabric soft:
1. Wash and dry in a mesh laundry bag
2. Add a cup of white vinegar to the first wash to keep colours bright
3. Machine Wash Cold
4. Tumble Dry Low or hang to dry!
What is the warranty on Devon + Lang underwear?
- When taking care of your underwear using our recommended washing methods, your underwear should last.
- If your underwear has any defects, such as rips or holes, in the first 30 days, we will replace your underwear. We ask that you send photos of the defect(s) to support@devonandlang.com. Please read more about our Try-On Guarantee here.
Where do you donate underwear?
- With every purchase made we donate a pair of underwear to organizations supporting vulnerable communities across Canada. This includes organizations like: The Calgary Drop-In Centre, The Mustard Seed, The United Way, CBFY, Leftovers Society, Youth Unlimited Calgary, and Fresh Routes, among many others.
We believe that new, clean underwear is a basic human necessity. The simple gift of clean underwear provides an opportunity for self-care, health, and well-being. We have set a goal to donate over 500,000 pairs of underwear in the next 10 years — help us reach it! - If you are an organization in need of underwear, or if you have an organization you recommend we donate to, please contact us at support@devonandlang.com.
Where can I shop in person?

- You can also visit us and shop our inventory at our store front on weekdays from 10 am - 4 pm. We’re located at Unit #105 4712 13 St NE Calgary, AB, T2E 6P1, Canada.

- Our products are designed in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and manufactured in China.
SUBSCRIPTION FAQS – HOW IT WORKS
How do I make changes to my subscription (underwear style, mailing address, credit card, etc)?
- You can log into your subscription account to make changes here. here.
Can I request a specific or repeat print for my next subscription?
- To request a specific print for your subscription, please email your request to support@devonandlang.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request, subject to available inventory.
What if I want a matching underwear for my subscriptions?
- Matching underwear is a must! If you have two subscriptions, please send us your request via email to support@devonandlang.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request, subject to available inventory.
If I live outside of Canada, can I make a subscription order?
- Currently, our subscription service is only available in Canada.
ORDERING & SHIPPING FAQS
What’s the processing time once I place my order?
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of Holidays.
- Please note we do our best to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days. We will email you to let you know of any issues or slowdowns in our processing.
- Approximate Shipping Times:
- Standard Canada: 3-9 Business Days
- Standard Intl: Up to 10 Business Days
What are your shipping rates?
- We offer a range of shipping options available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and are at the expense of the consumer.
What carriers do you use?
- We use a variety of carriers to get you your underwear as quickly as possible. Carriers might include UPS, Canada Post, Canpar Express, FedEx, Purolator, and Deeleeo. Carriers are subject to change without notice.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! The whole world deserves fun, comfortable underwear. We currently ship anywhere and everywhere Canada Post does, except to the U.S.A due to current Tariffs + Duties. We are actively working on reopening for our U.S.A. based customers.
Where does D+L ship from?
- Your Devon + Lang underwear and accessories ship right from our Warehouse located at Unit #105 - 4712 13 St NE T2E 6P1 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. You can opt to pick up your order here instead.
How do I track my package?
- Tracking can be found in your order shipping notification. Please email us if you did not receive a tracking number within a few days of placing your order at support@devonandlang.com.
I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order, what do I do?
- You should receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order. Please check your junk folder, and email us at support@devonandlang.com if you haven’t received a confirmation email.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
- Yes, you can make edits and cancel your order before it has shipped out. Please email us at support@devonandlang.com to request any changes or cancel. If your order has already shipped, you will need to submit a return or exchange. See our exchange and refund policy here.
My products arrived damaged, what do I do?
- We are not responsible for damaged items after items have left our Warehouse. Please fill out this form here or feel free to reach out to us at hello@devonandlang.com and we can see what we can do for you!

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all credit cards, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Discover Cards, and PayPal.
How do I use my gift card?
- Click on your cart in the top right corner of your screen. Once you’ve selected ‘Check Out’, it will take you to a new screen with a section to enter ‘Discount code or gift card’. Enter the gift card code in that space, and hit ‘Apply’.

My coupon code isn’t working, now what?

Taxes and Duties
- Taxes are not included in our listed prices. Taxes are based on your location as the consumer.
- British Columbia: 7% PST / 5% GST
- Manitoba: 7% PST / 5% GST
- Saskatchewan: 6% PST / 5% GST
- Ontario: 13% HST
- Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island: 15% HST
- All remaining Canadian provinces: 5% GST
- Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs agency.
